Aquarius 2021

Aquarius is a residential renovation project located in one of the beachside communities of California, USA. The real estate company I was working for at that time bought this property with the aim of selling the home in a more luxurious and modern state. During the 9 months I was employed in this company, Aquarius was my main project.

I was heavily involved with this project, starting from the design phase all the way up to the construction. I worked closely with the owner in selecting color schemes, material swatches, and even the hardware for the cabinetry.

Despite being based miles away, I was able to provide assistance during the construction phase through remote means. I maintained constant communication with suppliers and vendors, ensuring we were working under time and financial constraints.
