I am Bernice, a practicing architect in the Philippines with diverse experience in the local and international construction industry. I am fully acclimated in all phases of the design and construction program, starting from the schematic phase of building design to planning and executing the construction. My expertise also encompasses researching building codes and regulations in the project location, as well as navigating the permitting process.
