Nespresso 2022

In 2022, Novateur Coffee Concepts Inc., the distributor of the Nespresso brand in the Philippines, had a goal to open three new Nespresso stores. I was hired as an assistant project manager to Ar. Pastrana, and some of our tasks included creating and monitoring construction schedules, coordinating with contractors and project owners, and ensuring that all stakeholders involved in the project were well-informed of its status. By the end of 2022, NCCI successfully introduced all three retail stores of Nespresso, two of which were boutiques spanning over 100 sqm each, and one being an open boutique store that is approximately 60 sqm.
